- Check the Caps Lock key is not on.
- Forgotten your password? Password recovery and reset (enter MooreID).
- Used to access the OLE but now can't? Your enrolment or subscription may have lapsed.
- Sharing a computer? Check someone else's MooreID isn't entered by the browser from a previous visit.
- If you are sure that your login details are correct and you've tried the password recovery and reset, you can email ptc.help@moore.edu.au with your MooreID.
- Please do not phone the office as the staff are unable to assist you with technical issues.
