The OLE will be unavailable for further work. I will start from 9am and hope to be finished well before 5pm but I cannot guarantee it given the issues we've had.

I'm sorry the OLE has been unavailable more than usual this week, between terms 1 and 2. We've had significant problems with an upgrade and I'm keen to resolve them before the start of term, to avoid an outage then. We usually have only one outage every three months, and it typically lasts 1-2 hours.
